Tiny A/B Test provides a lightweight A/B testing platform that allows you to test variations of your landing pages and analyze performance metrics. Our service includes:

• A tracking script (<5KB) to be installed on your website
• Dashboard for managing domains and variations
• Real-time analytics and performance metrics
• Country-level segmentation (Pro plan)

We offer a free tier with limited features and a paid Pro subscription for unlimited testing.

2. Account Registration

To use our service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

By installing our tracking script on your website, you acknowledge that:

• We collect non-personal data from your website visitors (page views, user agents, country)
• This data is used solely to provide A/B testing analytics

• We act as a data processor, and you remain the data controller

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal activities or content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems
• Send spam or abuse our APIs
• Resell or redistribute our service without permission
• Use the service to collect personal data without proper consent
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Tiny A/B Test service, including our code, design, logos, and documentation, remain our property. You receive a limited license to use our service according to these Terms.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for:

• Temporary service interruptions for maintenance
• Data loss due to technical failures
• Performance issues beyond our control

We recommend maintaining backups of critical data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tiny A/B Test shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

• You can cancel your subscription from your dashboard
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our data retention policy
• You remain responsible for any charges incurred before termination

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Tiny A/B Test operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
